Anne, Daughter of Samuel Shepherd, Wife of Thomas SMITH Esqr. of Preston next Faversham, after a tedious and painful Illness of many Years, which she supported with great Patience and Resignation died 3 January 1771 Aged 2 Years leaving 2 Sons John and George. Arms: Er. on a chief Sab. 3 pole axes, Or. Crest: a hind lodged, Ar."
