      Given that Mary and a daughter were living in Marylebone at the time of the 1861 census it seems most likely her death would have been registered there, and the age recorded suggests that this registration is this Mary.
      There was also a death registration:
      Pannell, Mary q4 1864 Marylebone RD 1a 396; GRO online index shows aged 78; this is a few years out for this Mary but not so much as to make it impossible that this is her death. I have not spotted any others in neighbouring districts which could be this Mary.

      There were probably other children born between 1820 and 1833, unless Simeon was widowed and remarried to another Mary, though the age of Mary (from the censuses) is fine for her to be the one who married in 1816 - actually, she was about 5 years older than Simeon.
