Residence Bef 1461 Baldwin Street, Bristol, England - A charter dated 20 May 1461 describes a tenement thus:
"FOURTHLY two tenements and cellars in Baldewynstrete Bristol one of which was lately in the occupation of Robert Goteham and the other of John Coferer situate between a tenement belonging to John Burton on the south and land belonging to St. Leonard's Church on the north"
