I'm not certain that Jean was Sally's daughter, though it seems probable.
By 1933 Sally was a widow but still young enough to have children, and I have not been able to find another Gotham = Brown marriage. However, it's possible that such a marriage does not appear in the indexes as the bride had been married before and so was not a Brown at the time of her marriage to a Gotham.
However, the birth was in Nuneaton RD, and Sally and her family were in Nuneaton at the time of the 1939 registration. There is a closed entry between those of Sally's 2nd and 1st daughters and I don't think it is her 2nd daughter's husband-to-be, as I have found him elsewhere in Nuneaton.
