Her son Henry having the unusual middle name Salmon makes locating him / the family easier than it would otherwise be, and in 1911 he seems to have his mother living with him, which if he did shows she died after that.
But was it her? There are three differences to all other records for her: uniquely in 1911 she is shown as having the middle name Ann, born about 1855 instead of 1851 and most surprisingly born Coleford Herefordshire instead of Burslem (or nearby) Staffordshire.
So was it her?
Henry's brother-in-law is shown simply as 'brother' in the same 1911 census entry; I need to research his wife's family and check that Mary Ann was not her mother.

A William fitting the one born to John and Hannah was with Mary at the time of the 1841 census, as well as other children born before his marriage to Mary, so it seems fairly safe to assume he had previously been married to Hannah, and the other earlier children were theirs.
