    • Of full age at the time of her marriage to Henry; age given as 36 in 1851 census, 45 in 1861.
      Place from 1851 and 1861 censuses.

      Although no baptism found, her marriage PR entry names her father as William and a witness was one Willamina Cobden. The only Willamina it could have been was the daughter of William and Sarah, and so I guess she was Ann's sister. William and Sarah married in 1813, but there are no baptisms for children to be found online (as at 12 Aug 2019, checking FreeReg, FMP and FamilySearch) until 1826, whereafter there are a number. This suggests there would have had other chilldren, most likely baptised but in a church whose records are not in an online index (possibly they have not survived).

      Strangely, he appears to have signed 'Henry Gotham', then crossed out the Gotham and written Gething.
