  	I think the burial is probably this John. Others at this time are shown as 'son of', the absence of this suggests he was an adult, presumably the one whose will was proved in 1707. In addition, his death in 1707 would leave his wife free to marry again as a Susanna did in 1711. The only surprising thing is that when his son was baptised a few months later no mention is made of John being 'late'
