    • Based on date and of marriage, and marriage licence showing that at that time she was 'of Marldon', and PR entry which shows that her father was also 'of Marldon' at the time.
      Marldon PRs with baptisms only survive from 1602, so it will probably not be possible to confirm this, and it is of course possible the family moved to Marldon after her birth. However, wills suggest the Younge family were well established in Marldon.

      Although several Younges / Youngs of Marldon left wills that could have mentioned Mary, none is known to exist now in any form other than a list item (Elizabeth left a will in 1603, Johns in 1580 and 1592 and yet another John in 1663)

      (Although I have not found a baptism record for Timothy, he seems to be a son of this marriage. This is based not only on the names he gave his children but also because it appears to be two of his sons who were defendants in a Court of Chancery case along with Dinah Adams, to whom they were described as nephews, and Dinah was a daughter of this marriage)
