      That Banns were read is recorded in High Ercall parish register, but (the same as the other entries) no date was noted, nor the parishes where the two to be married lived. The register is of the sort that shows marriages and banns combined, the other entries are followed by marriage details, this one isn't.
      It is not clear if the marriage did not take place or (more likely) only one of the couple was from High Ercall and it was held in the other parish.
