This entry is in a register that is clearly a copy, presumably one made c. 1607 after a Constitution of the Province of Canterbury in 1598 required parchment registers to be kept and previous baptisms, marriages and burial entries be copied into them, especially from the beginning of the reign of Queen Elizabeth 1 (1558). Not only are the entries for many years all in the same hand, and too neat and consistent to have been made at different times, but also the register is headed:
"The Register booke of all the Christenings Mariages and Burialls there extant to ^ be founde Since the beginninge of the Raigne of our Queene Elizabeth". I suspect her name was originally recorded as some spelling of Mercy / Marcy, and morphed into Mary when the register was copied.
Gender Female Bequest 1604 In the will of her uncle, Richard Sackett - 'Marcie' was left land at Brooke in Minster in Thanet.
Name Various spellings of her name - 1564: Mary - Baptism register, but this is a copy (see her baptism notes) - I believe this is an error, based on the following

1598: mercye - 2nd marriage (entry in Latin)
1604: Marcie - Bequest in uncle's will
1607/08: Merceie - 3rd marriage (entry in Latin)
1633: Misericordia - Burial (entry in Latin, Misericordia translates as Mercy)
(The baptism PR entries for her 5 children only name the father, and she is not mentioned in her step-father's will. The location of Mercy's first marriage suggests it was by licence, but there is no record of it in Cooper)
