  	Living when his father wrote his will, probably shortly before his death in 1599. After that I don't know what became of him. He appears not to have married or been buried in Boughton, nor in Ashford where he may have lived with his step-mother Joan and her 3rd husband. There are too many Thomas Brooks, though, to be sure of what became of him, at least without a thorough search (which I do not plan to attempt).
