Notes - Bedlocke / Bedlake was a very rare name in Kent, so I'm sure Marie who died in 1646 must have been related to Christopher. As a spinster she wasn't his wife, a daughter Mary outlived him (or at least, was living when he wrote his will in 1653) and whilst he could have given two daughters the name Mary I think it unlikely.
Hence, I think most likely Marie was his sister.
