Bequest From 1750 to 1771 From the will of her father - Mary was left a half share in property, two tenements and all that went with them, owned by her father in Beach Street, Deal, on the death of her mother (or should her mother have remarried, then - but that did not hapen). Mary and Charles (to whom the other share was to go) were to pay interest / mortgage expenses on the property. It was to be another 21 years after their father's death before they mother died, and so before Mary and Charles would have fully acquired the property, assuming nothing had happened in the interim to change the situation,

(Mary was named as Mary Sladden in her father's will, written 1735, but as Mary Sayer of Great Mongeham in her mother's will, so the marriage was clearly of this Mary)
