I'm not sure if it is where he was himself living at the time of his death.
I have yet to study the documents, they may or may not show whether this was the case.

Defendants: Thomas Sepham.
Subject: Bond given by the said Edward to John Heron, knight, now deceased, and defendant, who is suing thereon in London, complainant dwelling in Somerset. Subpoena [and injunction]. London, Somerset
Date: 1529-1532
The links of the plaintiff of this case to Somerset, and it being a case abot a deceased John Knight in the period 1529-32 made me think that this might about this John. There is a clear descrepancy in that elsewhere this John is described as Esq., not knight.
Looking further the John in the above case left a widow Margaret. Margaret died leaving a will in 1532, and from this will it is clear the above refers to a different John Heron.

Married - John's wife at the time of his death was Margaret, I don't know if she was the mother of any or all of his children.
