I am guessing this sister was Marie, but ** it is possible that Thomas had two sisters who married a Hill, and I have attached Edgar to the wrong one **. Since George Farmer was the son of the wife of Edgar, then if it was a different sister who married Edgar, it was also that sister who married a Farmer.
