There seems to be no Thomas Bourne of his sort of age on Thanet in 1911, no death of a Thomas with the right age in the Bethersden area so I think this is probably the death of this Thomas. I suspect Thomas may have gone to live with or at least near his daughter Alice in Margate before he died - possibly after his wife died.
