However, the only birth registration for a Richard Walker in Brentford RD (includes Acton) was born in 1887. His birth was registered in Q2, more than the permitted 42 days after a birth on 7 February, but not uncommonly late. GRO ref: Walker, Richard q2 1887 Brentford RD 3a 151; GRO online index shows mother's maiden name as Greenaway The father of the Richard whose birth was registered in 1887 was also named Richard, which matches the name for father given on this Richard's marriage certificate. In addition the 1901 census shows the Richard born 1887 was born in Acton. I think there is sufficient evidence to conclude this Richard was the one born in 1887.
