Father Matthew GLANVILLE, b. Est 1520, d. Abt 1582 (Age ~ 62 years) Married Aft 1545 - I am guessing if Matthew had been married by 1545 he would be in the lay subsidy listing for that year, but he is not found there.
Some examples I have seen of a person giving two sons the same name they were clearly sons with different mothers. I don't know if this was usually the case, nor whether it applied to daughters as well.
If it was usual then it would seem probable that Matthew married twice. (Even if not indicated by having two daughters Joanne, it was quite likely at this time).
In the absence of any information about wive(s) I am showing all the children as of one marriage.

Family PETER, d. Yes, date unknown Married Between Apr 1589 and 9 Oct 1599 - I thought at first that as Joanna's brother Henry referred to 'my two
Systers named Joan[n]e Glandfeild the elder and Joan[n]e Glandfeilde the younger' in his will that neither was married at the time he wrote it. However, it seems clear from other sources that 'Joanna the younger' was married by then, and was the same person as 'my sister Joanne Luxson'. Given that, I think that this Joanna was probably the same 'my sister Joan[n]e Peter'.
Joanne was not married at the time of a Chancery Court case in April 1589, but if I am right and she was the one referred to as Joanne Peter in Henry's will then was married by October 1599.
