The House of Parliament website shows the Christopher Brooking who was MP as the one who died in 1604. It mentions the difficulty of distinguishing between three Christophers in its notes re the MP's possible activities in the 1620s. It shows a query by the suggestion he was son of Nicholas; I don't know if that query is supposed to extend to the rest of the facts regarding his family.
I see that Vivian shows the Joan Brooking who married John Kellond as being brother of the MP, but that would point to a different Christopher as MP.
Died - Must have died before 1637, as his wife Mary (formerly Glanville, née Skirrett) was described as a widow in final decree of a Chancery case, dated 1637 (refers to a complaint exhibited in Chancery in 1630, not sure if description of Mary as a widow refers to 1630 or to the time at which the decree was being written)
Buried 1627 St. Mary’s Church, Totnes, Devon, England Notes - (Research):Christopher Brooking of Totnes was shown as the father of Elizabeth who married Oliver Glanvile in Vivian (Cornwall Visitations, 1887). I am guessing it was the same one that married Oliver's mother, and also that the Christopher Brooking who married Oliver's sister Susan was the son of the Christopher who married their mother.
I think the Christopher was the one who died as shown; unfortunately his will refers to his wife and children but does not name his wife nor all of his children.
It is clear that a Nicholas Brooking had sons Christopher, who married in 1577, and that then in 1582 both this younger Christopher and a Williaam named sons Christopher. Studying the wills of William (1618) and of Nicholas (1578-9) and of two Christophers (1627 and 1635-6) it is apparent that the son of William died in 1635 or 6, while the son of Nicholas died in 1627.
I am not sure when Mary Skirret was born, but she had a son old enough to marry by about 1615, so it is unlikely to have been any later than the later 1670s, probably earlier, and so it would seem more natural that she married the older Christopher, son of Nicholas. The son of William had clearly been married to a Mary Adams, and this therefore makes it more likely that it was Mary Skirrett's daughter Susan Glanville who married Christopher's son Christopher.
The two young Christophers would have been only aged about 22 when a Christopher Brooking became MP, so it does seem probable that it was the older Christopher, son of Nicholas, who was the MP.

No indication of this marriage in Vivian's Visitations, but a widow Mary Brooking, who had been the wife of John Glanvile of Launceston and who was 'mother' of Oliver was a defendant in a Chancery Court case of 1637.
