My estimate of the dob of Dorothy makes it most likely she was a daughter of the John who was married to Mawde (probably Mawde, born a Hill). However, if she and her daughter Anne were younger than I have estimated then it is just possible that she was the daughter of John and Willmote.
The John who married Mawde had a sister Dorothy so it is a name he would have been likely to have used for a daughter (his sister was almost certainly too old to have been this Dorothy; this Dorothy could well have been given the name as goddaughter of that older Dorothy).
Whilst I think the evidence for the John shown is quite strong, I am less certain about Dorothy's mother. Sources are inconsistent about the name of this John's wife and it is quite possible he was married more than once and Dorothy the daughter of an earlier wife.
