Actual place from the 1921 census.
1939 registration shows dob as 12 March 1881; I suspect that the date and month were correct but the year wrong. (FreeBMD shows no registration of the birth of a Walter Bootes in 1881, and the 1921 census includes his middle name of Herbert)

Details from PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 22 Mar 2023)

The 1901 census shows that Agnes had a nephew Reginald who was a gardener. Did Walter, also a gardener (and a groom) work in the same garden as Reginald? Is this how Agnes and Walter met?

Despite having been married nearly 11 years by the time of the 1911 census, it shows they had had just 2 children, although they had children born every couple of years from 1910 - 1920. Checking the birth registration index suggests it is true; there are no other BOOTES children with an mother's maiden name of BRENCHLEY.
