Administration with Will 28 Jan 1524/25 Prerogative Court of Canterbury, London, England
- Not a standard probate statement, I think this was a case of 'administration with will' but need to study the statement more. (in Latin)
Buried St. Mary the Virgin Church, Hastingleigh, Kent, England
- Assuming the wish expressed in his testament was carried out, then he was buried before the choir door inside the church.

Family Johane SERLYS, d. Abt 1536 Married - After leaving a bequest to his sister Alard, later in his will Johane's brother John left bequests to 'Thomas Herry and William the sonnes of Herry Alard' and then one to 'Alice Alard'. It seems probable that Herry the father was Johane's husband and the three sons therefore Johane's, and Alice also a child of Herry and Johane.
