The parishes indexed on FMP as at 3 Sep 2015 (most but not all) have only one burial of a Sally or Sarah (for which Sally is a diminutive) in the period 1794-7, in Plympton St. Mary. Although the family were by this time living in Plymouth they had one son buried in Plympton, as well as other family members - John, George's brother and his wife were themselves buried in Plympton after many years of living in Plymouth.
It seems probable, therefore, that this burial is of this Sally.
