Childrens baptisms in Farnham, images on Ancestry, viewed 28 Aug 2015.
Not found burial of Sarah in Farnham or Arundel, looked (using Ancestry index for Farnham and SFHG for Arundel) 1715 - 1742
Big jump in date to baptism of 2nd John - was he a son of the same Philip? Death of first John and lack of any other evidence of another Philip in Farnham suggests he probably was, though there were other Newman families in Farnham so the wrong Christian name for the father could have been recorded.
I looked through images 1715-1728 in case the index missed any children of Philip, all quite clear and found no more.

(Original data: Anglican Parish Registers. Woking, Surrey, England: Surrey History Centre; ref for the above baptisms FA/1/2).
