Richard GLUBB
Set As Default Person -
Name Richard GLUBB Relationship
with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born Between 1662 and 1665 Huntshaw, Devon, England
- I am guessing Richard was a son of Peter, baptised in Huntshaw between Peter's marriage in 1662 and moving to Stokenham in 1665.
There don't seem to have been any Glubbs before Peter married there, and after his death in 1674 his wife and family seem to have returned to her home town.
A Richard married there in 1688 but there seems to be no baptism for him in Stokenham (judging by FMP index - I haven't browsed the PR images), hence me thinking he was a son of Peter but baptised in Huntshaw.
Huntshaw Parish registers only survive from 1746 and although some BTs from 1607 there is none for the relevant time period.
