PRs go back to January 1583/4 and then there is a gap until 1577; since the marriage of George amd Anne took place during this gap the information is probably from the ATs, esp. as the lack of a marriage licence entry in Cowper suggests the data is not from that source.
Not many 'Hawke(s)' events in Elham, but a Rychard Haukes was buryed there on 29 Apr 1584. Was he an infant son of George and Anne, or possibly George's son by a previous marriage?

"Herye Borman & Anne Hawkes Maryed the 19th of August" - under heading 'Ano Dni 1592'
I think it was probably this Ann who married Henry Broman as she was widowed about 1592 and had a connection with Elham, and I haven't come across another Ann whose marriage this could have been.
