      "William Pepperell of this Parish
and Mary Adams of this Parish
      Spinster
were married in this Church by Licence with Consent of
[blank space] this nineteenth Day of
April in the Year One thousand eight hundred and twenty seven
      By me Edward Edgell Vicar
This Marriage was solemnized between us { William Pepperell, Mary Adams
In the Presence of { John Adams, Ann Adams
      No. 57. "

Although there was another William born around the same time in West Alvington, I think the marriage was this one because the baptism of his child shows he was a Yeoman at Woolston.
