Possibly, though I haven't come across burial of Jemimah and middle name Evans not mentioned. More likely the marriage of John son of Wm and Amy, baptised 1796, although witness was a Robert Pepperell. Family witnesses most often young people - may be it was a cousin, possibly the Robert brother of John Evans)
