The censuses (1841 - 1871) show that Robert and his household were in the village of South Pool.
In 1841 James and Hannah Hannaford, rounded down age shown as 70, James an ag lab, were in the same house as a separate household. Possibly Elizabeth's parents. (I haven't found her baptism)
Also present in 1841 were Robert's wife and 3 daughters. By 1851 just daughter Mary remained at home, and a lodger William Pinhay was also present, an elderly man in receipt of Parish Relief. In 1861 his daughter Hannah's illegitimate son was with Robert and daughter Mary. In 1871 it was just Robert and Mary, who was shown as housekeeper.
