- The way Mary and Benjamin are linked to the tree is a bit of guess work. In William Eakins will Mary is shown as niece, Benjamin as nephew, but she seems to have 'priority' treatment so I am guessing she was the blood relation. Since she was a Warren when she married Benjamin I guess that she was the daughter of a sister of William, but she could have been the daughter of a son, an Eakin by birth who had been married before her marriage to Benjamin.
