I don't have any definite evidence that Sessley was the daughter of John and Agnes. However, the absence of any other Issell families in Stokenham or neighbouring parishes around the time she was probably born, or at an earlier date, makes this probable.
John probably moved to Stokenham from the Totnes / Staverton / Dartington area, where most Issells were found at that time; it is possible that he and Agnes married and that Sessley was born and baptised in that area. The reason for not finding her baptism in Stokenham may be because she wasn't born there, and this could indicate she was John's oldest daughter, not his youngest child as the estimated data suggests.

No children seem to have come from this marriage.I am just guessing that Sessley is the daughter of John. The date of her marriage would make her about the right age.
If John and Agnes moved to Stokenham from elsewhere as I think they may have then they may had Sessley and possibly other children before moving.
