I suspect this is who Sarah Edwards NICHOLLS was named after.
She might have been the Sarah Edwards bap Chivelstone in 1728 (dau of John and Elizabeth) or the one baptised in 1722 (dau of Roger and Elisebeth). There was also one, dau of Henery and Sarah, bapt 1714.
If it was the latter Sarah may have been naming her illegitimate son after her father.
However, there were Petherweeks / Ped(e)ricks in Charleton, including a Henry baptised in 1722 and married in 1747. I think it most likely that he was the father of Sarah's child.
