I can only find his music, that which he wrote and that which he arranged, available as short pieces on mixed CDs.

'Playbox' is on "The Golden Age of Light Music: Childhood Memories" CD - the single piece is available on iTunes and a sample can be heard on the Allmusic website.
'Hiker's Highway' is on "The Golden Age of Light Music: Light Music On The Move" CD - the single piece is available on iTunes and a sample can be heard on the Allmusic website.

'Hora Samba' is on the "Mambo Jambo: Edmundo Ros and his Rumba Band, vol. 7-8/1949-1950" CD, sample on the Allmusic website. It is also on the "Música Latina: Trinidad" album on iTunes (assuming it is correct that Charrosin wrote and did not just arrange this piece).

Arrangements
His arrangement of 'Rendez-Vous' appears on the Music from the Titanic (vol. 2), but given that he was only 16 when the Titanic sunk I don't think it can't have been this arrangement that would have been played on the ship. Sample on AllMusic website, also on iTunes.
His arrangement of 'Calvary on the Steppes' is on the "Guards in Concert: Massed Bands of the Household Division" CD - sample on AllMusic website.
In completely different style, on the American Roots Songbook CD he is credited with the blues song "Caldonia". I think he must have arranged the music; the song is credited as being by Fleecie Moore although it was probably by her husband Louis Jordan - see Wikipedia article about the song (which doesn't mention Charrosin)
