The 1911 census shows that Isaac and Emily had had 4 children, but 3 had died; the survivor must have been William Isaac born in 1886.
I think it is save to assume that one of those who had died was another William Isaac (1882). The other 2 are not so obvious. There are no other Bows who were born and died before the next census to be found in Eastbourne or Lewes RDs (which cover Friston and Rottingdean, where Isaac and Emily are known to have lived).
A Beatrice was born in Plymouth RD in q4 1878 (Plymouth RD 5b 276) who died there in q3 1879 aged 1 (Plymouth 5b 141) may have been another of their children.
I haven't identified a 4th but in the coastguard service Isaac may have been working anywhere in the country so it is not obvious where to look.
