Both signed, witnesses Geo Hicks and R Irwin.  (Geo Hicks probably Parish Clerk, a witness at most marriages)   GRO ref: Trant, William Peters to BAKER, Charlotte q2 1839 West London RD 2 224 A (rounded down age) 15 year old Elizabeth Baker was with William and Charlotte at the time of the 1841 census. Whilst this could be a niece of Charlotte, it seems more likely that she was a daughter by CHarlotte's first marriage.
