  Notes	(Research):I think it was quite likely this Jane who married Robert Velvin in 1839: GRO ref: NORTHMORE     , Jane TO Velvin, Robert q2 1839 E. Stonehouse 9 350 A number of trees on Ancestry show the Jane as the dau of Stephen and Ann, bapt 1817, being buried in 1877.  The trouble is that Jane died as a Northmore in 1891 and is buried with her parents! It could be, though, that there was a third Jane born around the same time. Although most baptisms for this time are online, that doesn't include the non-CofE ones. The marriage being after July 1837 it should be easy to find out from the marriage certificate who Jane's father was - but she is far too much on the fringe of my tree for me to pay for a cert.
