I think "St.Nicholas Chiswick" means a churchyard, not a cemetery in St. Nicholas Parish.
Name: Spurrell, Richard Edward, age: 68.
Census entries suggest there was no other Richard, let alone Richard Edward, born c. 1810 so I think it must be this one. Also, Mary Ann consistent with his wife in the Workhouse in St. George's Hanover Sq RD in 1881.

- Most Stoke Damerel records I have from what is on FMP. For some reason they don't have the vast majority of baptisms for that Parish, 1791-1800; hence I think I am missing several of Matthew and Catherine's children.

Family Mary Ann HOSKIN, b. Abt 1811, Stoke Damerel, Devon, England
, d. Dec Q 1883, St. George's Hanover Square Reg Dist, London, England
(Age ~ 72 years) Married 28 Aug 1836 Charles Church, Plymouth, Devon, England
- From DFHS index of PR entries (on FMP, viewed 31 Oct 2012)
Elizabeth was the only child with Richard and Mary Ann in both the 1841 and 1851 censuses, which suggests they probably didn'd have any others, or they may have died in infancy.
