    • From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 27 Sep 2012):
"December the 4th. Richard son of Richard Northmore & Ann was bap[tized]" - end of line missing from image due to being near spine
The entry is in the middle of February entries. It's obviously been forgotten and added in - I think it was forgotten in 1756, and the lines it's between is where there was the biggest gap. Others have read it's position in Feb. as showing the event was earlier i.e. 1755, but the line spacing is squashed - they wouldn't be if it had simply been entered when remembered.

Bapt of William shows him as the son of "Richard junior and Ann", so it must have been this Richard who married Ann Creber.
In 1751 a Richard married Thomazin Ash; she appears to have died in  1756 (bur 21 Feb) - was that this Richard or his father?
It seems highly improbable a newly widowed Richard would marry the next day (probably impossible, given the requirement for banns or licence) so I think it was this Richard's father who married Thomazin Ash. His father had been widowed in 1750, I think in his 50s, so his remarrying around that time was not an unlikely occurrence.
