      Not only the only Elizabeth I can find of about the right age who is likely to have been buried in Meavy, but this Elizabeth's husband was shown as of Knackersknowle when he wrote his will and she was living there at the time of the 1851 census.

      But I may well have assigned the marriage and children to the wrong Joseph. There is a burial for a 67 year old Joseph in Meavy in who died 1850 (2 Aug) which would fit this Joseph - except that his father is shown as James on the gravestone!
