"Richard Noramore was buryed July 21th."
His son Richard was clearly still alive, his nephew Richard not yet born - it seems it must be this Richard. Of the nine burials in Sheepstor in 1690, eight were in the period of a little over a month, from June 19th to July 24th; presumably some infection was raging, and Richard caught it from or a little later than his wife.
(The burials are on the same sheet as those for Bickleigh, Sheepstor being officially a chapelry in Bickleigh Parish. Bickleigh escaped entirely - just one burial in the whole year, and that in April).

There is a gap of 8 years between known children of Richard and Elizabeth, 1672-1680, when it seems reasonable to suppose at least 1 or 2 children were probably born.
William linked as a son could equally be the son of Richard's brother Walter (also linked to him).
Apparently a Thomasin Northmore married John Hollock in Walkhampton in 1711. Richard the son of this couple named 2 daughters Thomasin; maybe he was naming them after a sister and the Thomasin who married in Walkhampton was a child of this couple, born in the 1672-80 gap or after their last known child.
