    • I don't know for certain that this is the right William, but it is the only Gillard burial in South Pool on the DFHS CD (i.e for the period 1813 - 1837), and he is of the right sort of age. It seems likely that if Sarah, his wife, had already died that he should die at the home of a daughter, and Susanna and her family were living in South Pool by 1825.
