In the name of God Amen.<\/strong> December the Eighteenth in the
yeare of our Lord One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and Nyne. I Thomas
Becon<\/strong><\/a> the elder of Waltham in the County of Kent gentleman doe ordeine & make
this my last will and Testament as followeth First I give and bequeath
my soule unto the handes of Almighty God trusting to have pardon & forgiveness
of my sinnes through my Lord and Savio[u]r<\/sup> Jesus Christ. Item I give unto my
Daughter Elizabeth Becon <\/strong><\/a>Fifty poundes to be paid unto her within Seaven
yeares after my Decease by my Executor<\/sup> And if in case that the said Fifty poundes
be not paide unto her as aforesaid that then my Will is. That shee shall
have the little Quire Doune[?] to her and her heires for ever. Item I give unto
my Five youngest children Clement Becon<\/a> Basell Becon<\/a> John Becon <\/a>Thomas
Becon<\/a><\/strong> and Ann Becon<\/strong><\/a> Forty poundes a peece att the age of Foure & Twenty
yeares to be paid unto them by my Executor<\/sup>. And if in Case that any of them
happen to dye before they come the said Age of Foure & Twenty yeares
That then his or their Forty poundes shalbe equally devided betweene the
rest of them. Item I give unto my sonne <\/span>Thomas Becon<\/strong><\/a> thelder Five
poundes to be paid unto him within Three yeares after my Decease by my
Executo<\/span>r<\/sup>. Item I give unto my Sonne <\/span>Theodor<\/strong><\/a> and unto my sonne <\/span>William<\/strong><\/a>
Five shillings a peece to be paid unto them by my Executo<\/span>r<\/sup> within One halfe
yeare after my Decease <\/span>Item I make <\/span>my wife<\/strong><\/a> my whole Executo<\/span>r<\/sup> And Doe
give unto her my Dwelling house and all other buildinges there unto be=
longing and all others my landes and Goodes whatsoever belonging to it
unto her And unto her heires or assignes for ever Condiconally that shee
shall pay and Discharge all theis my Legacies which I have given in this
my last will And all my Debtes and funerall expences. <\/span>Whereunto I the
Aforenamed Thomas Becon Doe sett to my hand and seale Dated the Day
and yeare First above written. \/ (And goodes whatsoever) was enterlined
before the insealing thereof Sealed in the p<\/span>r<\/sup>sence of Thomas Becon

Day of Aprill in the year of our Lord One Thousand Six
Hundred and Sixty before the Hon:bles<\/sup> the Judges for probat of Wills And
granting of Administrations by the Oath of Ann Becon<\/strong> the Relict and
so[l]e Executrix therein named to whome was Com[m]itted Administracon
of all and singuler the goodes Chattells and Debtes of the said Deceased shee
being First sworn by Comiss truly to Administer the same by vertue
