\nAnd the other vi li I will unto Richard and John my
\nsonnes if they be then a liff Also I will have at my
\nburyinge and monthesmynde and yerismynde xv masses,
\nand a Seame of wheate and xii busshells of malte to
\nbe distribute in dedes of charitie Also I will have two
\nmasses and a Dirige ev[er]y yere for the space of viith<\/sup>
\nyeres in the p[ar]ishe churche of Petham, And ev[er]y yere
\nby the sapce of the forsaid vii yeres I will have two
\nbusshels of wheate and iiio<\/sup> busshels of malte to be
\ndistribute in deades of charitie; And I will that
\nRichard<\/a> and John<\/a> my sonnes shall have<\/span> {beare} all the
\ncharges of my buryinge monthesmynd & yerismynd

\nin and Forde crofte for the terme of her lif And
\nafter her decease I will the forsaid tene<\/span>[me]nt & crofte
\nunto Thomas my sonne in Fee simple \/ Also I will
\nunto thesaide Thomas my son my tene<\/span>[me]nt lyinge at
\nGarlynge called Culmelles, And my tene<\/span>[me]nt lately
\npurchased of Nicholas Coiffe in Fee symple \/
\nI will unto Richard my sonne my tene<\/span>[me]nt called
\nWilcockes and all my landes lyinge at Stonestreat
\nand a tenement lyinge in the parisshe of Sellinge
\nwt<\/sup> all the landes therto belonginge to hym and
\nhis heires in Fee symple, Also I will unto
\nJohn my sonne my tene<\/span>[me]nt lyinge at garlinge in the
\noccupyinge of Richarde my son wt<\/sup> all the landes

\nFee symple, Also I will the forsaid John shall

\nChilmels and my tene<\/span>[me]nt lately purchased of
\nNichas Coiffe unto the tyme that Thoma<\/sup>s my son

\nand approved etc. The burden of execution by a commission to the
\nexecutors etc. sworn Given etc.]<\/div>\n
