Susannah<\/a> was the wife of John Halke, a distant cousin (7th cousin, 7 x removed) of mine<\/p>\n

This is the last Will and Testament<\/b><\/span>
\nof me Susannah Halke of the Borough of Longport
\nin the parish of Saint Paul near and without
\nthe walls of the City of Canterbury in the County
\nof Kent widow made this twenty sixth day of
\nJanuary in the year of our Lord one thousand
\nseven hundred and Ninety eight in manner
\nand form following First I give ^ {devise} and bequeath
\nall my manors Messuages Lands Tenements
\namd hereditaments and parts purparts and
\nshares of Messuages Land Tenements and
\nHereditaments and all other my real estates
\nwhatsover and wheresoever whether in possession<\/p>\n

\nreversion remainder or expectancy ^ {and} Also all and
\nsingular my Goods Chattels Credits monies in
\nthe public Funds and other securities for money and
\nall other my personal Estate and Effects whatsover
\nand of what nature or kind soever unto my sonne
\nthe Reverend Richard Halke<\/a> of the parish of
\nFaversham in the ^ {said} County of Kent Clerk and to his
\nHeirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for
\never he thereout ^ {first} paying my just debts Funeral
\nExpences and other incident Charges And I do
\nhereby make and appoint him my said son Richard
\nHalke sole Executor of this my last Will and
\nTestament hereby revoking all formor Wills by
\nme made and do publish and declare this
\nonly to be my last Will and Testament In
\nWitness<\/i> where of I the said Susannah Halke
\nthe Testatrix have to this my last Will and
\nTestament set and affixed my hand and seal
\nthe day and year first above written Susannah
\nHalke (L) Signed<\/i> Sealed published and declared
\nby the Testatrix Susannah Halke as and for
\nher last Will and Testament in the presence of
\nus who at her request and in her presence and
\nin the presence of each other have hereunto
\nSubscribed our Names as Witnesses Mark Thomas
\nW. H. Cullen .\/\/. W<\/i>m<\/i><\/sup> Cullen .\/\/~ <\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This Will<\/b><\/span> was proved at London the
\nseventh day of May in he year of our Lord
\nOne thousand seven hundred and ninety
\nnine before the Worshipful Charles Coote Doctor
\nof Laws and Surrogate of the right honorable
\nSir William Wynne Knight Doctor ^ {of} Laws Master
\nkeeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of
\nCanterbury lawfully Constituted by the Oath of
\nthe Reverend Richard Halke Clerk the ^ {son of the deceased and} sole Exor
\n^ {named in the said Will} to whom Administration was granted of all
\nand singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of
\nthe said deceased having been first sworn duly
