Mad, bad and dangerous to know!<\/h2>\n

An eighth of my ancestry is from Sussex – my maternal grandmother’s mother’s side i.e.<\/em> the ancestry of Minnie Ann Court<\/a>. You can view Minnie’s ancestry chart here<\/a> (increase the number of generations to see Minnie’s fully tree – at the time of writing to 11 generations, though this can be slow to load).<\/p>\n

if I were interested in my tree in the Victorian way i.e.<\/em> looking for people with a social status to boast about – this would be the side to ignore! In both the C18th and C19th centuries direct ancestors siblings were criminals, whilst a 3 x gt grandmother as well as one of her daughters were lunatics!<\/p>\n

Since I am not looking to boast, this is one of the most interesting parts of my tree.<\/p>\n
