In the name of God Amen. I William Pike<\/strong><\/a> of Torcross in the parish of Stokenham in the county of Devon Fisherman being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding and mindful of my mortality do this fourth day of March one thousand eight hundred and thirty four make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
\nFirst I give and devise unto my beloved wife Mary Pike<\/strong><\/a> all my goods and Chattles and all personal and Testamentary property whatsoever to use and enjoy during her natural life and she continuing my widow and from and immediately after her decease or on her marrying again I give and deivse all the said goods and Chattles personal or Testamentary property whatsoever unto my son John Pike<\/strong><\/a> of Torcross and to Mr John Ranall<\/strong> of Will in the parish of Stokenham their heirs and assigns upon Trust for the purpse and intents hereafter mentioned that is to say immediately after the death of my said wife or her marrying My Will is that the said Trustees be possessed of the while of my Personal or Testamentary property whatsoever and that the said property be equally divided between my son John Pike and my daughter Sally Issell<\/strong><\/a>, each to take one equal part share and share equal alike and I herein particularly request my friend Mr John Randall to act in conjunction with my son John Pike that the interests and purposes of this my last Will may be duly executed
\nAnd I herein constitute and appoint my wife Mary Pike Executrix of this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the day and year first? [inst?] above.\n
