Thomas is an 8 x gt grandfather of mine.<\/p>\n

\nIn the name of God Amen.<\/strong> December the Eighteenth in the
\nyeare of our Lord One Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and Nyne. I Thomas
\nBecon<\/strong><\/a> the elder of Waltham in the County of Kent gentleman doe ordeine & make
\nthis my last will and Testament as followeth First I give and bequeath
\nmy soule unto the handes of Almighty God trusting to have pardon & forgiveness
\nof my sinnes through my Lord and Savio[u]r<\/sup> Jesus Christ. Item I give unto my
\nDaughter Elizabeth Becon <\/strong><\/a>Fifty poundes to be paid unto her within Seaven
\nyeares after my Decease by my Executor<\/sup> And if in case that the said Fifty poundes
\nbe not paide unto her as aforesaid that then my Will is. That shee shall
\nhave the little Quire Donne[?] to her and her heires for ever. Item I give unto
\nmy Five youngest children Clement Becon<\/a> Basell Becon<\/a> John Becon <\/a>Thomas
\nBecon<\/a><\/strong> and Ann Becon<\/strong><\/a> Forty poundes a peece att the age of Foure & Twenty
\nyeares to be paid unto them by my Executor<\/sup>. And if in Case that any of them
\nhappen to dye before they come the said Age of Foure & Twenty yeares
\nThat then his or their Forty poundes shalbe equally devided betweene the
\nrest of them. Item I give unto my sonne <\/span>Thomas Becon<\/strong><\/a> thelder Five
\npoundes to be paid unto him within Three yeares after my Decease by my
\nExecuto<\/span>r<\/sup>. Item I give unto my Sonne <\/span>Theodor<\/strong><\/a> and unto my sonne <\/span>William<\/strong><\/a>
\nFive shillings a peece to be paid unto them by my Executo<\/span>r<\/sup> within one halfe
\nyeare after my decease <\/span>Item I make <\/span>my wife<\/strong><\/a> my whole Executo<\/span>r<\/sup> And doe
\ngive unto her my dwelling house and all other buildinges thereunto be=
\nlonging and all others my landes and Goodes whatsoever belonging to it
\nunto her And unto her heires or assignes for ever Condiconally that shee
\nshall pay and discharge all theis my Legacies which I have given in this
\nmy last will And all my Debtes and funerall expences. <\/span>Whereunto I the
\nAforenamed Thomas Becon Doe sett to my hand and seale dated the day

\ngranting of Administrations by the Oath of Ann Becon<\/strong> the Relict and
\nso[l<\/em>]e Executrix therein named to whome was Com[m]itted Administracon
\nof all and singuler the goodes Chattells and Debtes of the said Deceased shee
\nbeing First sworn by Comiss<\/del> truly to Administer the same by vertue
