      Thomas Berriball and Mary Ann Vogwell both signed, as did witnesses, Joanna R(?)ich and George Vogwell.

      Who was George Vogwell? - Mary's grandfather and uncle with this name were both dead by 1840, but she had 3 1st cousins with the name, so it was probably one of them (I haven't compared signatures to try to work out which)
