GRO ref: ANDREWS, Caroline q1 1865 Bridge RD 2a 430 (Hackington is in Bridge RD); GRO online index shows age as 62

Although Caroline was buried in Hackington, it is quite likely she and John were still living in Chartham Hatch (as at the time of the 1861 census). With 3 sons already buried at Hackington, it would not be surprising if Caroline was taken the 5 miles back to the village to be buried. Alternatively, she may have been cared for by a child still living in Hackington in her final illness, or died in hospital in Canterbury.
