Name William WREFORD Relationship with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Baptised 29 Apr 1717 St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England Gender Male Will - Dated 2 Aug 1763, proved 19 Sep 1768; no mention of sister Elizabeth or any of her family (at least, none in abstract made by Miss Moger, viewable at the DHC).
Died - Between writing his will and it being proved - only one William Wreford was buried in Morchard Bishop during that period, so I assume that was this William.

Father Matthew WREFORD, bap. 22 Oct 1682, St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England , bur. 7 Jun 1763, St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England (Age ~ 80 years) Mother Elizabeth MANLEY, bur. 10 Sep 1757, St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England Married 22 Jul 1706 St. Mary’s Church, Morchard Bishop, Devon, England - From PR entry (image on Devon FHS website, members' section)
"Math: Wreford mar to Eliz Manley July the 22d" (image 29)(the following year one William Wreford married Mary Manley, possibly 2 brothers married 2 sisters)
Whilst it seems probable that the Elizabeth buried in 1757 was the wife of the Matthew as shown here, more research needed to show she was the mother of his children, rather than a wife he married later.
